Print of the Week 13 Feb 15

Happy Friday!! And, do you have your weekend 3D print list prepared? If not, then I hope that one of these projects will keep you busy or tweak an idea to send you to the design board. Today I hope to bring to you at least one design you will find print worthy. Don’t forget, Valentine’s Day is tomorrow.

Geared Heart

Our first and only Valentine’s print for this week is an interesting Geared Heart keychain. It’s a small memento that will surely win you a few kudos!

Just plain cool!

The next project is truly creative, though not. Sketchpunk has compiled a list of various prints on Thingiverse to create a unique design unto itself. The creator lists 7 links to other designs to create an articulating arm to hold phones, cameras, or any small device that will fit between its jaws! The qInch Project is definitely thought outside the box.

Taulman Spool Holder

The last project for this week is a simple Taulman Nylon Spool holder. This looks like a fairly easy print and will work with more of the Taulman Spools than just Nylon. I will be printing this for myself in the very near future as I have a few of these rolls in my office on makeshift holders.

Well, that wraps up this week’s prints that I believe you might find worthy. As always, if you like one of the prints, please leave some positive feedback for the designers as they create and leave their work free of charge for us to enjoy.
Until next week, happy printing!
